I'm not calling that into question. But, in order to play he had to be a student athlete, not just an athlete. Once he graduated he was no longer an OSU student (or on a OSU football scholarship) and thus couldn't play because he had completed his course of study. Unless he enrolled as graduate student which he didn't do with OSU. He enrolled as a graduate student athlete with LSU and played out his remaining two years of eligibility while on scholarship with LSU.
Fred already knows all of this.
I think Fred's point is if Burrow had decided to stay at OSU as a grad student that he would still be under scholarship. When he transferred to LSU is when the OSU scholarship ended. Fred feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.
