Those are all reasonable scenarios.  But, I think it is also reasonable to believe Dak and his agent will continue to negotiate for the best deal possible given the time of year, but will ultimately sign a deal offering $105 million guaranteed rather than holding out given Dak's talent compared to his peers and the economic forecast you have predicted.
