I didn't like the hire. Not impressed with his resume and I felt like he got the job because he's a Zac guy and not a good oline coach. I saw the improvement last year but it felt more like a "Throw a bunch of stuff against the wall and something will stick" scenario,  rather then Turner coaching guys up to improvement.
