That's questionable. Sure are some good things happening since his arrival. Maybe it was part of the discussion during his hiring process. When the whole league considers the Bengals organization as cheap, I would definitely make sure it was part of the discussion If I wanted to win. Dude is not looking for a cushy 20 yr job.
