We as Americans historically have made great sacrifices to rise and overcome far worse situations for the betterment and safety of the Country. I remember as recent as 9/11 and the new way we had to be searched and exposed at airports. We were the best at it, the envy of the world. We've just had it too good the last couple decades and I wonder if we will ever be able to rise to the occasion and make the sacrifice we saw get us through the world wars, depressions etc.
As far as the season goes. I'm thinking maybe conference only games may be what we are heading towards. Push the start of the season back to October as the NFLPA and NFL negotiate.
