Looks like they are going to start working to that 80 roster number. Assuming, of course, that Burrow and Higgins sign, the team was still only at 86 on roster so at least 5 more cuts to come before the 16th of Aug. Without preseason games to worry about they might as well drop down to 80 before camp opens. It will save evaluation time for the coaches and some money in salary, per diems, and lodging
