I doubt McCarron would be brought back. He  filed a grievance against the Bengals to have his rookie season count toward his contract so he could hit FA sooner.
I would think that would have burned a bridge with ownership, no?

Rosen actually had a worse QBR than Finley did last year. 52.0 vs 62.1.
