Phillips kinda reminds me of a Deltha O'Neal in his ball hawk skills but takes a ton of risk. I would be all for bringing in a Tramon Williams to give this CB group some veteran leadership and be the 4th corner. Sure Daniels can talk him into it being both played in GB.
