It is certainly possible, like I said Dak did it among others. It will really come down to the health of his targets (A.J. and Ross) and how quick Higgins picks up the offense and can the O-line give him time.
I just looked at the overall situation on the team and think he will end up with INT's that are due to the receiver failing him, or the line allowing pressure and he'll make a few poor choices early on in the season that will hurt.
I would say, I bet he hits the 2:1 ration from game 6 or 7 on as he'll be more comfortable on the field. I just have a feeling it will be a rough start and then he'll start to develop and grow.
