Im well aware of that piece of factual knowledge. Heres the problem. Very few of those starters are in the
Top 20 to 40% at their position. How much elite talent was there among those starters?
Maybe perhaps since Tobin has been tbe clown GM the Bengals had the most drafted starters 
They barely brought in true difference makers via free agency.
