Moving down a few picks is one thing, but the last time a team traded out of #1 it was when the Rams moved all the way up from #15. Tennessee got back 2 1st (one of which was obviously 15), 2 2nd, and 2 3rd. Rams got a 4th and 6th along with #1OA.

I’d want a little more than that. Lawrence is a way better prospect than Goff was.
