I think mid to late November is reasonable. If the team was 4-2, 3-3 right now, there may be a need to rush him back.
Sitting at 6-0, there is no necessity for Burfict at the moment, they will wait as long as they can, just to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Probably November 16 against the Texans would be my guess. We get a long week of practice after TNF to see if Burfict can be ready to go, which by then he should be.
