1. We had substantial injuries last season. When relatively healthy I believe we won and Dalton outplayed Luck.
2. An "excellent" QB wouldn't have almost as many picks as they do TDs at this point in the season.
3. They can't protect him because he holds on to the ball too long as if he has that luxury.
I think Luck has shown he has potential to be a good QB, but it seems some have already anointed him. If Dalton had his stat line, it would be an indication of how he has reached his "ceiling". Luck, seems to play by a different set of rules in that regard.
