Bench AJ start Ross

Bengals should have not taken the risk with AJ at the tag price. But likely no one will trade for AJ, at least until right before the trade deadline to see if he actually does anything worth trading for.

If the Bengals aren't going to activate Ross, they should try to trade him for even a late round pick. Get SOMETHING for him.
If they can do that, promote Scotty Washington to take his spot as the inactive WR.
