They'll never do it.
They already look stupid for not trading these guys last season, or cutting them in the offseason. If they cut them now it would be an admission of guilt, and would just spotlight their ineptitude even more.
They'll try to save what little face they have left, by keeping these guys involved, before they admit they were wrong. Even if it's in spite of the team and the locker room, I still can't see them making these moves.
