Unless the Brown's hire a President of Football Operations, who in turn hires a capable GM, who in turn puts together an NFL caliber FO WITH an NFL caliber scouting staff......THEN hires an NFL capable Head Coach and Coaching staff all this money thrown at FA's and such is just being wasted. Honestly it takes alot more than "throw some money at the problem" to fix this mess! Sorry just saying.
