Unless someone blew my socks off; I'd demote him to the practice squad and protect him from getting plucked for a couple weeks. 

Trading Dunlap for anything rewards the rest of the team who want to be here by getting a pick and getting Dunlap the hell away from them. 

Do we reward good behavior, or is it more important that we make a miserable situation even worse?   Keeping Dunlap within complaining distance of the rest of the team is punishing them.
