They don't give a thought as to what happened in the 90's, as most of them were in primary school.
Exactly. The Bengals have not been an elite team the last 13 years under Marvin, but they have been far from a laughingstock. They only have 3 losing seasons and one of those was 7-9. They have made the playoffs half the seasons he has been here.
