How many years do you give Zac to re-build this team?
If you honestly don't think we will be a contender next year then we need to get rid of Zac and let the next coach make the personnel moves.
No NFL team should give a new coach 4 years to re-build. after four years the rookies from the first draft are ready to leave in free agency. And there have been way to many examples of good coaches turning teams around in one or two years.
I'm not missing the point. I would have fired Taylor after last season. I haven't seen anything to change my mind. I'd fire him after this season. I think the chances of this front office firing him after this season are slim to none. And if they do fire him then they're in year one with a new coach and what did you say about trading players in year one?
