We are in a very good spot with the cap as we really only need to get contracts done for Jackson and Lawson for next year. Assume that costs $25 million (ill go high for arguments sake) and you still have $17 million in space - which would allow for 1 decent sized free agent signing.
That 42 million is is based on 185 million. It’s gonna be 175 million more than likely. Ur forgetting about plenty of our backups and lower guys that need resigned, as well as rollover and draft capital. Bates has to be extended this offseason. Priority #1.
