I'm fine with them concluding he's not the answer: I just want them to do this this season than next year when we should have play-off ambitions. My fear is that they'll stick with what they currently have and let him battle for a spot as by not playing or watching someone else struggle he'll have somehow improved.
And the snapping the ball thing. Price seemed to have at least one snap a game go awry. I feel a lot more confident that Hopkins is going to get the ball safely to Burrow.
They don't have a good mentor when their best lineman is a veteran of 7 games. That's one of the reasons why they need to invest in the line. You don't necessarily need 5 All-Pros but they arguably have one lineman above average and that may be a generous interpretation.
My fear is though that they go for quantity not quality this off-season and they'll figure that Adeniji and Johnson will compete with Hart at Tackle and that between Spain, XSF, Hopkins/Price/Jordan/Redmond/Finney they can find two guards rather than attack the position. Add a tier 1 FA and round 1 or 2 draft pick and then we're talking.
