Exactly, but not in the draft.  A rookie isn't what this team would need.  You'd have to sign a veteran.  If Zac is still here, probably one that is familiar with his system.

I doubt Zac is fired.  If he is, you can bet that the one condition that is off the table is getting a new QB.  Burrow is here and he is the unquestioned leader of the team.  IT would be a waste to make a change.
