Like I said.  Maybe you should educate yourself on all the big stories that were based on anonymous sources that had good reason to remain anonymous.  A lot of people have ended up looking very stupid for ignoring anonymous sources.

And a lot of people have looked very very stupid for believing anonymous sources just as well.... with many recent examples.
