The only good thing in comparison to Geno is for a defensive lineman, especially Geno, the push and leg drive is everything. For a QB the most important things are the head (smarts) and arm. Mobility is a bonus but Peyton Manning and Tom Brady have done pretty well without it.
It could be a lot worse I guess. A devastating elbow or shoulder injury on his right arm would've been awful.
