I mean, he did get pretty stale after 16 years but, good god, we've got a huge mess on our hands now! Even if ZT is given another year to get more than 2 wins (which no decent owner would tolerate), it could take several seasons to undo the damage from his time here.
I so disagree that owners should just dump a coach taking over a terrible team after two years.. history has shown some good to great coaches have taken a few years to start to win... also history shows teams spiral for a long time by just changing coaches.. especially young QBs ... Burrow is not a "top tier " QB but has shown improvement from beginning of season with Taylor. They have a good connection together to just go to a new Head Coach and a different system can be a setback for Burrow.
