LOL no team is “decades away” in the NFL. There’s tons of recent examples of team’s turning things around in a hurry. Including one that was in the Super Bowl last year. Also the Dolphins, the Cardinals, the Browns, the Bucs, etc. The one common theme with all of them is they have or found a good HC.
