I think that was a rushed draft for him, didn't he finally get his coaching staff secured a a week or two before the draft?

Not only that, Tobin was still involved, and if so, then i think Tobin is more at fault for this draft than ZT. Tobin is not a newbie at running/participating in the Draft. Either that or our scouts have no ballz.
