If they fire Taylor and Tobin and bring in a real GM to take the lead on building out his coaching staff and roster, I'd be over the moon. People (myself included) were so giddy when they made this last HC change because it was a change. If a stubborn franchise like the Raiders that ran things old school have finally lightened up and joined the modern era, why can't the Bengals? Just because it's been one way for so long doesn't make me lose all faith and optimism that it could finally change.
