to answer some questions
1) he assumed a cap of $173 million which will mean a whole lot of veteran free agents will not be getting what they would have gotten in previous years
2) he did not rule out a coaching change just that he looked at things as they currently stand
3) While he listed Andy Dalton as QB2 he gave himself wiggle room other FA QBs such as Trubinksky, Fitzpatrick, Winson, etc
