There are clear signs when something isn't working.  This isn't working.  Have a winning organization's mentality and cut the dead weight loose.

Oh I know 1 that would! Which speaks to ineptness. EVERY ORGANIZATION would fire Zac. Some after Year 1, yet the media pretty much assumes we'll hold on to him.

This is like keeping the Enron management team in place hoping for them to get morals and make a comeback!
