Considering the ineptitude on the field i agree he has kept them playing hard - must take an insane level of belief / thick skin on ZT's part.
I will say he also benefitted somewhat from Marvin here.
He equally never lost the locker room from what i saw and the core group of AD, AJ, Gio, Atkins, Boyd, etc carried over that stability into the start of ZT era.
After this off season's roster churn it will be ZT's locker room more than ever...for better or worse.
