He is a 3-4 OLB that can actually stand up and cover really well. Honestly, for everyone that loves Parsons, Collins is the small school version of him but can cover.
TDN has Collins listed as 25th overall prospect.
Toney now 30th overall, but he was listed at least a couple rounds later just a week or two ago.

Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs
Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.
