If Cethan Carter is retained it is because of special teams not because of his position play. Same thing with Jordan Evans. I also would not be surprised if Josh Bynes is signed for a vet minimum type contract
We have to be realistic, 1/3 of the roster is not going to be turned over in one draft/free agency cycle. There are only 7 draft picks as of right now
Getting Tupuo back is a pretty big deal
