I'm not sure of the Bucs cap situation, but I would think that they would like to retain Godwin, and maybe let Evans go after the big ticket in free agency.  However, if Godwin does hit the market, I really feel like he would command much more than $6M APY.  However, landing a proven playmaker of his caliber, on a 3-5 year deal would definitely solidify the WR group for the rest of Joe's rookie contract.
