Did you hire a GM? Nope.
Did you hire a new Director of Personal (Replace Duke Tobin)? No.
Did you make any chance changes to your front office (Name a new president, create new roles, advisors)? No again.
Did you add any scouts? Nada.
Did you replace any scouts? No siree.
Did you name a new scouting director? Negative.
Ok, so no real changes in the up top, let's go to the coaching staff. Maybe that's where you'll show me how badly want to win...
Did you hire a new Head Coach? Nope.
Did you hire a new Offensive Coordinator? Nope.
Did you hire a new Defensive Coordinator? Nope.
Wow, so no major changes to the coaching staff either.
Well did you at least announce a practice facility to show some commitment to winning? Didn't do that either.
So we've got no front office changes, no scouting changes, no major coaching changes, and no monetary investment from the team that signals real change, and a desire to win.
I'm not sure I really can believe this family wants to win more than anything. I'm sorry, but a free hot dog and nachos and some uniform changes isn't really going to change my mind.
