PFF had Hart ranked as the #40 OT last year. Currently he is set to be the 32nd highest paid OT, but I'll bet by the time free agency is over he is much closer to #40.
I don't have a problem with upgrading the RT position, btu it will not be as cheap or easy as many people think.
