I mean, even the playoffs this past year were terrible.
1. None of the things you list contributed to the playoffs being blow outs.
2. Rule changes that benefitted the offense did not take any of the fun out of the game.
3. Some of the things you list are just plain false. You can celebrate without getting penalized, and there is no penalty for "hitting too hard".
