#1
Glasgow, Evans, Elliott, Schreck, and Wilson have all signed their rookie deals with the Bengals, joining John Ross and Carl Lawson.
Only ones remaining now are Joe Mixon, Jordan Willis, JJ Dielman, and Josh Malone.

Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Remember when rookies wouldn't get signed until the week before Training Camp and the First Pick wouldn't get signed until after the first week of Training Camp?

Those were some maddening days.

This new process is one of the best things about the new CBA.

The "slotting" sort of sets the value for contract, based upon where that player was selected in the draft.  For example, if the guy selected #50 overall signs a 4 year, 10M deal, you can expect someone drafted, say with the 57th pick to look for signing for a little less.

Edit:  That is a poor explanation, I should have just looked it up before posting..

Each rookie would likely receive a standard slotted salary in the first four seasons, and then the option year's wage would depend on the player's draft slot.

The top 10 picks would receive a salary equal to the average of the top 10 salaries at their respective positions. Picks No. 11 through No. 32 would get the average of the Nos. 3 through 25 salaries at their positions.

Picking Top 10 definitely costs more than picking 11+.

Nice to see them all signing quick, i'll feel good once Mixon is signed.  I guess they are all slotted, so it should be easy
