I have been working at a company for 7 years and there is a position available but I dont think I will get it I think a veteran will get it. my question is obviously it's illegal for a company to pass on somebody because they are a veteran but at the same time is it illegal to pass on someone because their not a veteran? already 2 veterans have been hired full time after me so this would not be the first time this has happened.
