Columbus would be a great city to host the draft
#1
Was hearing the discussion on 97.1 Common Man and T-Bone show here in Columbus yesterday, and they said that Columbus would be a great place for the draft because of Ohio State being here. And while I agree that it would be interesting and kind of cool to see the draft held in essentially a college football town, I really liked the idea for a different reason...

Columbus is pretty centrally located to about 5-7 NFL teams.
Cincinnati is 1.5 hours away
Cleveland is 2 hours away
Pittsburgh, Detroit, and Indy are all about 3 hours away
And Chicago and Tennessee are just about 6 hours away

Columbus could easily draw a bunch of different NFL fan bases while also highlighting one of the most storied college football programs.

Columbus is also a growing city for jobs. Companies like Amazon all the way to BrewDog have established locations here primarily for distribution purposes.

Your thoughts?
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!

Great idea - but it would never happen since they don't have an NFL team.
