Giving Rep

I can only give rep at 10 points at a time. I notice other people can give it out for 12 or 35 or more at a time. How do I get to increase my rep giving capabilities?

The amount of rep you can give increases with your posting and rep received levels.

Yup, knew there was a list, but couldn't find it. You're pretty much where I am. I can give a +12 right now. It's a slow rise.
