What makes a good "wingman"

What other qualities makes a good wingman?

Gotta play off your strengths. For me best wingman is a more reserved person. Meeting women isn't hard but having that variety helps with her friends .

The wingman's job is to take on the remaining bogey so his buddy can engage the primary target and go in for the kill...
