Rodgers, Luck, Pig Ben, Stafford, Romo, Flacco, Wilson, Rivers, Palmer, Brees
honorable mention: Dalton ... 4 straight playoff appearances
BTW Peyton Manning is not even a top 15 QB anymore with his broken neck and noodle arm.

IMO......no cheater deserves to be on anyone's list. Especially top 10.
BTW Flacco has out performed him H2H since he entered the league.

You do realize QBs aren't on the field at the same time right?

All teams cheat. If you say that yours doesn't it's just denial. Maybe they don't get caught, but they're still bending the rules to gain a competitive advantage.
As for the question in the OP
1) Rodgers
2) Brady
3) Luck
4) Manning
5) Brees
6) Rivers
7) Roethlisberger
8) Romo
9) Ryan
10) Stafford
If it's the playoffs, put Flacoo in at the top...

Flacco should be on all lists simply for his top playoff performances. One of the best in the playoffs since 2010.
Rodgers
Peyton
Brady
Luck
Brees
Rivers
Ben
Flacco
Wilson
Romo

Say what you want about the ginger, but he's never had a season where he threw more interceptions that TDs. Unlike a certain other QB

Other things he has also never had unlike a certain other QB:
A rookie playoff win
A rookie record of 2 playoff wins
Any playoff wins
A super bowl win
A super bowl mvp
A soul
