Sorry because I'm sure you're all getting tired of the updates.
Went up to Columbus, as planned, and it was pretty pointless.
The evaluation and everything was exactly like I said it would be- just technicalities- and I had to get any MRI, which should show what they already know in that I'm missing parts of my brain, and then I need to smear my poo on a stick for the next three days and mail up samples.
As long as my poo is ok and my MRI hasn't changed, I should be getting the treatment in December.
However, they said that the treatment would only help my damaged areas that deal with walking and other motor skills.
I'm kind of bummed because I was hoping it would help with speech and memory and other mental problems, but I'm hoping that, even though they're only injecting one area, the stem cells will spread and do more than they're expecting.
I'm also happy with any improvement, so not going to be greedy.
Please keep the prayers coming because it sounds like I just need to mail back my poo and I'll get the treatment in December!
