If the lack of real passion and carefully chosen words used by whomever actually wrote this reply, I have almost NO hope for any meaningful changes for next year. This is what we are dealing with, folks!  Sadly, we all know it and keep hoping.

At this point in the season, the Bengals are 3-5. That has been a
disappointment to the team and its fans. You’re upset for reasons we
understand.

We are only half-way through the season. At the end of the year,
we will judge what needs to be done.

You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know, that the Bengals death while tragic, probably saved money. And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves money.

Either way, Mike doesn't give a damn what you think you're entitled to.

Well, to be perfectly honest, the picture was only of symbolic value.  To show the analogy between Mike Brown's fake build up for a 50th Anniversary season was an attempt to shake every last dime that he could from the fan base, like that woman attempting to shake down that machine for an extra bag of candy.

For the life of me i could have sworn I read in that letter,

Maybe I'm just reading things into it that aren't actually there... nahhhh.. it was there in invisible ink. 
A more accurate response would have been,
"Oh piss off. You're just a mere fan and don't count. I own this sorry excuse of a team and make more money than anyone should be allowed to have, but come up with a few trillion bucks and we'll talk."
