>3 Year - Impress or Regress List
#1
Watching today's game is a great time to think about off season.

The Bengals went with a lot of younger players this year. How did they do? A good core of contributors in years 1-3 creates salary cap room for second contract players. Which players met or exceeded your expectations? Who failed to improve/impress?

Failed to improve/impress:
Billings, Andrew - maybe my expectations were too high
Boyd, Tyler - what happened here ?
Carter, Cethan
Core, Cody
Fisher, Jake
Hopkins, Trey
Ogbuehi, Cedric - second half of season he has been less terrible
Redmond, Alex - if you can't get snaps from Hopkins or Bodine - you stink
Ross, John- Lots of blame can be thrown around but was a top ten pick
Russell, KeiVarae
Vigil, Nick - didn't impress and had opportunity
Westerman, Christian - see Redmond explanation

Are what they are:
Erickson, Alex - decent contributor
Evans, Jordan -
Fejedelem, Clayton
Glasgow, Ryan - decent
Hill, Brian
McCarron, AJ - getting a 2nd and 3rd round pick would have been high point of season
Nickerson, Hardy
Tupou, Josh
Uzomah, CJ
Wilson, Brandon

Part of the Future:
Jackson, William - had one of best seasons on team
Kroft, Tyler - decent player
Lawson, Carl - legit contribution
Malone, Josh - maybe I'm being generous
Mixon, Joe - wasn't as impactful but was getting better
Shaw, Josh - okay player
Willis, Jordan - decent rookie contribution

Too early to judge....

J Ross
K Russell
T Boyd
A Bilings

A new coach may have a spot for them, until they get some regular reps I wouldn't pass judgement.....
