If the team is moving on, they need to realize they’re not doing it in a vacuum. There are/will be several quality vacancies this year. I’d hate for the team to dick around for the next month and miss out on the top few candidates.

To be honest, there isn't one coach out there that makes me scream "GO GET THAT MOFO". However, anyone at this point would be a breath of fresh air and I think that's all everyone really wants. We could hire Bob the hobo off the hopple street exit to be our next HC and everyone would be ecstatic.

We will most likely hear some big news today (good or bad idk). No source, just my gut/most teams announce whether they're current HC is staying or leaving by now (just not us apparently).

Also: If the deal was simply to just re-sign Marvin, it wouldn't be taking this long. Something different is coming. May not be major, but even giggles said at his presser yesterday, "its complicated". Promise you he's not talking about money.
