This is what happens when poorly-performing players are signed. The fans don't like it.
It's hard to put trust in the FO/coaches who say they think he can be groomed into a good player when the fans haven't seen improvement yet.
FWIW, I think the Bengals upgraded at RG with Miller. That should (hopefully) help Hart. But I'm also very much hoping for a RT/RG versatile OL to be drafted early to prep in case Miller and/or Hart flounder.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.
Sorry for Party Rocking!

Last year we brought in the 8th highest paid OT in the league and used a first round pick on OC.
This year we signed a starting OG in free agency.
Why do you act like they are not trying to fox the O-line?

When was the last time we had a crappy offensive lineman develop into a good one?

Actually yes it did.
Bengals used the franchise tag on Stacey Andrews in 2008.
Very next year undrafted free agent Kyle Cook became a very good OC for us.
Anyone who thinks the O-linemen are all sitting around planning on sucking because Hart got a raise knows nothing about how NFL players think.

If it makes anyone feel better the Redskins signed Erick Flowers (bust) to a 1 year 4 million dollar deal. Apparently the going rate for bad tackles is just higher than we want to believe.
