Great 23 to 10 in 3rd Bengals Comeback
#1
The blocking wasn't there, but Dalton made some big plays with little blocking as he ran and passed. Mixon made big runs with little blocking. Big catches by AJ Green. So Important Bengals down 23 to 10 mounted that touchdown drive with blocking not that great. 23 to 17 got Bengals back in game. Had the Bengals offense not got it together right then and there in the 3rd quarter, Bengals lose this game. Once the offense started giving the defense some time off the field, the D never gave up another point. To be down 23 to 10 in middle of 3rd quarter and win 33 to 23 was a huge comeback on the road. Add in no Bengal QB has won at Indy since Boomer Esiason. I think the blocking will improve, I didn't expect an instant miracle in blocking. Hopefully blocking gets better each week. I know a lot of players will get much deserved credit, but I thought Dalton showed again he is a winner as he lead the team back.
