Erickson over Ross

Well, I know that a lot of success that came for Mike Wallace (who did zip after turning down 9 million a year or something like that at pitt) was based on him being the vertical threat that forced teams deep and allowed Brown and others (TEs) to feast underneath.  But the difference was that team took shots vertically every game.

I don't know what they are waiting for, but he needs to get some shots and once he hits a couple it will REALLY force teams to back off.  I haven't seen a single DB that can stay with him yet.

I’m not ready to pull the plug on him yet. He needs an adrenaline shot of confidence. If he can just get a few catches each game, he doesn’t have to go crazy just enough for some progress. Hopefully lazor can figure out how to use him before it’s too late

That guy is a ticking time bomb waiting to be suspended. A huge headache the Bengals don't need right now.

EDIT: Ok, it looks like you might have been joking...

You are absolutely correct.

In hindsight, I should've hit the post with the ol' Ninja , but I figured most would think to themselves "There is no way that sarcastic twit is serious about that!"

What's deep to you?

On this route, Ross beat his man on a comeback route quite easily. But Dalton dropped his eyes.

On this one, Ross is open in the slant for a big gain as you see him in the middle of the field.
Also, Green's CB fell down on this play.

And as I said early, teams have to respect Ross' speed. His deep threat opens up these kinds of plays.

I also follow a few other film study twitter accounts, but they usually don't do their studies until Monday, so not much tape on the Baltimore game outside of offensive and defensive line stuff
